To keep up with the ever changing environment, POLPHARMA has established the Innovation Office . It is the vehicle to encourage all the ideas from everywhere in the organization, in turn contributing to increase the company’s value and ensuring that high-potential notions do not get lost, and that related initiatives are systematically recorded, monitored and successfully implemented.

All employees in the company have the possibility to bring forth new ideas through community leaders. The initiatives are carefully screened in the embryonic phase. Finally, experts are involved in developing concepts to support those ideas that were recognized as promising for the support of the company’s strategic goals.

On June 28, 2008, The Innovation Office Committee and Innovation Community Leaders of the particular areas, has chosen the Innovations of the Year among the innovations submitted and accepted until May 2008. 3 out of 80 innovative and brilliant ideas have been awarded and have received an Honorary Mention for their contribution to Polpharma`s success.
